Prithviraj B. Rai, MD

Interventional Cardiologist

Dr. Rai completed his general cardiology fellowship at University of Florida in Jacksonville, FL.  He then completed a second fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Tufts University School of Medicine, in Springfield, MA.  He is board certified in Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology and has been practicing for over 10 years. 


Patients, clinical support staff and referring providers attest to his unwavering compassion, dependability, seasoned medical expertise, and thorough communication.  He is a seasoned medical expert and is dedicated to fostering a patient-centered relationship built on trust.  


Dr. Rai, his wife and two children live in Fairfax.  He enjoys engaging conversations, cooking, traveling, and involvement in his children's soccer and track programs.  Dr.Rai also speaks Hindi/Urdu and Kannada fluently.
